Return policy.

As a customer at Marchagendijk Media you have the right of withdrawal. This is valid for 14 days from the time you received the item. The item returned must be unused, in complete original packaging and in undamaged condition.

Always contact us at hello@marchagendijkmedia.com before you return an item, and we will get back to you with the address to return the prints. We are not responsible for the return cost. Refund of the order amount or cancellation of issued invoice is made by Marchagendijk Media within 30 days from the date on which the returned item is received.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
If you have purchased a custom product, such as a limited edition print, you are not eligible for the Marchagendijk Media right of withdrawal.

RETURN
We want you to receive our products in pristine condition. If there is visible damage on your product that has occurred before the delivery is received, the product can be complained. If it turns out that the product is damaged, you will be reimbursed or sent a new product, where Marchagendijk Media is responsible for shipping.

Please contact us immediately at hello@marchagendijkmedia.com if a package or product has been delivered damaged.
